Why are few markers received light-color or dry?

Due to shipping, a little ink may seep out of the tip and the marker may dry out. Place the marker upside down for a while and it will resolve. We recommend placing the marker horizontally or upside down to avoid light color or dryness of markers.

Why are stains on dry erase boards difficult to clean sometimes?

Oil from hands, non-dry erase markers, or ink left on for a long period of time may cause the board to be difficult to clean, just gently wipe it with a damp cloth and the planner board will be as good as new.

Is the magnetic dry erase board suitable for stainless steel fridges?

Some stainless steel refrigerator doors are non-magnetic or weakly magnetic, not applicable to our products. Please test it with a common magnet before purchasing.
